Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods, we regretfully inform you that we cannot provide any refunds for any products sold here.

  • We don’t offer Money back or any kind of Refund for any conditions . After purchasing a product if you dislike for any reason (Including Item is not as described, Item Missing, Download Link Expired, OS Crashing, DAW not showing RDGAudio plugin) in any conditions and in any manner please don’t ask us to refund the money. Instead we will provide you all the technical help and guide to up and run the purchased product.

  • After successful purchase in any case if you are unable to Download file please do E-mail us or Contact us. Provide your Invoice and E-mail details. We will verify your credentials and Resend the File via Direct Download link.

  • We don’t allow you to resale, reupload or host any of our products to any server or webhosts.
  • If you complain to Paypal or Stripe against us by saying  We (RDGAudio) didn’t send you the File It will be handed over to the Resolution Center. They will hold the payment as a result you won’t get any Files from us.
  • Our Download link is accessible for 24 hours. However, we have Three times resend framework inside 1 year. In case you lost the file we will send the product again  (max 3 times). This framework is legitimate for 1 Year from the date of your purchase. Following 1 Year on the off chance that you lost and ask us to resend the item once more, you need to Purchase the item once more.
  • We use Mediafire  to distribute files (During Purchase) and Re-distribute Files. You may encounter unwanted Ads from Mediafire. Please use Popup and Adblock plugins in Chrome/FireFox browser to avoid unwanted ads. RDGAudio doesn’t collect any revenue by showing ads.
  • We use Zip and RAR Archive File format to deliver AU & VST3 Files. Please use appropriate software like and WinRar to extract it.

  • Be Polite, be Gentle.
