It comes with lots of new presets , sounds and effects. All the sounds are across the keyboard. Unlike other Kick Synth you are not just limited to a particular Key note. Load a Kit and all the child kicks will be mapped across your keyboard. Then you can modify each sound independently.

The presets library is Genre specific. You can search or select presets based on the genre you like. Mid Kick and Click browser.

INSTALATION

WINDOWS :

  • Extract the archive
  • Run the Setup
  • Make sure you DAW VST3 location is set to C:>Program Files>Common Files>VST3 

MAC

  • Extract the archive and put the KickFactoryUlt.component file manually to ~/Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components
  • Open Logic Pro or AU supported DAW (e.g. Ableton Live)
  • Launch the Plugin, it will come but no sound. Fine, now close and do the Next step.

INSTALL LIBRARY

  • Copy and Paste all .rda1 files from Library Folder to this location..
  • Users/<UserName>/Music/RDGAudio/KickFactoryUlt/Samples
  • Relaunch DAW and Run the Plugins

 

Troubleshoot

If your DAW doesn’t load the plugin.

Disable Gatekeeper With Terminal
  • Launch Terminal from Applications > Utilities.
  • Enter the following command: sudo spctl –master-disable.
  • Hit Enter and type your admin password.
  • Hit Enter again
  • Restart
